Cockrell School of Engineering

Acoustics at UT Austin is an area of study in the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering graduate programs at the Cockrell School of Engineering. Students looking to study acoustics at UT will need to complete a general application through the Cockrell School of Engineering and select a major of either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Prospective students are encouraged to review our faculty and their areas of research as the application will require that you list three faculty members you wish to work with. A list of professors working in areas of acoustics at UT can be found on our Faculty page.

In order to apply to any program, UT Austin requires that you create an ID number and password.
